Synopsis:
Mother-daughter bestselling authors Mary Higgins Clark and Carol Higgins Clark’s series of co-written mystery novels have a fun and festive holiday twist. Well, as festive as kidnapping can be.
The first in their series, “Deck the Halls,” has gotten the TV movie treatment for TNT’s Mystery Movie Night (premieres Tues., Dec. 20, 9 p.m. ET) and we’ve got an exclusive sneak peek at the action.
Three days before Christmas, Regan Reilly (Scottie Thompson), the sexy sleuth from Carol Higgins Clark’s novels, meets Alvirah Meehan (Kathy Najimy), the amateur detective made famous in several books by Mary Higgins Clark. Together the ladies try to track down a kidnapper to save his latest victims, including Regan’s father, and get them home safe in time for Christmas.
